What are WallFlys?
WallFlys are reusable, repositionable graphics for your wall that will not harm paint or leave any sticky residue. That’s the technical end… creatively the sky is the limit! Family, friends, pets, vacation scenes, the cast of the school play, your company logo, anything can be turned into a custom WallFly! Or browse our collection of images, choose a custom color and brighten any space.
What is your refund policy?
WallFlys are a custom product so we are unable to give refunds. If the packaging is damaged when your WallFly arrives, don’t open it! Refuse the package and it will be returned to us. We will notify you when we receive it and arrange for another to be sent.
How soon will my WallFly arrive?
We offer free shipping via USPS. You can expect to see you WallFly in 5-7 business days. If you want your WallFly to arrive sooner, you can choose either FedEx 2 day or 3 day at checkout.
What is the minimum file size I can use?
For best results follow this rule of thumb: you should have at least 4 megapixels for WallFlys up to 48 inches. If you want a WallFly larger than 48″, your photo should be at least 6 megapixels. Please refer to the chart below for help. Remember- the higher the resolution, the better the WallFly!
What should I consider when taking a photo for a WallFly?
1. Be sure your photo is focused! A blurry image will result in a blurry WallFly.
2. Set your camera at the highest resolution possible. the higher the res, the sharper the image.
3. If you are contouring one person out of the photo, the person should fill as much of the your lens as possible.
Is my purchase secure?
We never share sell or rent your personal information or photos. All information and photos are deleted after your WallFly is shipped. Your payment information is processed immediately and never stored.
How do I make sure my photo is the right size for a WallFly?
When you upload your image, we’ll measure it so you’ll know what size Wallfly you should order. Use the photo sizing chart below to get a good idea what size WallFly your camera can output. Keep in mind that the chart assumes that the subject of your photo takes up most of the image.
How do I store my WallFly for later use?
Simply take it down from the wall, lay it on the slick side of the release liner it came on and roll it up! Place in a safe spot until you are ready to use it again.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your WallFly you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Because we start production almost immediately, you will be charged no less than $15 depending on where we are in the process.
Can I use copyrighted material?
Not unless you own the copyright! We cannot print any copyrighted or licensed images.
